TKH Airport Solutions is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager (AGL) to lead the delivery of intelligent airfield ground lighting (AGL) solutions. 

This role focuses on managing technical projects from concept through execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical solutions for our CEDD projects and other innovative airfield initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, drawings, and bills of materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, R&D, and Project Teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Manage project execution to maintain quality, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
• Formalize and optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project methodologies and technical solutions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably with complex systems in critical infrastructure environments in the aviation industry or a similar technical field.
• Proven expertise in airfield ground lighting (AGL) systems or comparable technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is a plus.
