About the internship

TKH Airport Solutions is an international company with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Canada, the USA, and Singapore. As an innovator in airfield ground lighting (AGL), we are shaping the future of aviation through smart and sustainable solutions.

As an intern at TKH Airport Solutions you’ll get to experience loads of different HR tasks, providing you with as many opportunities as possible to develop yourself into an all-round HR professional!

You will work closely with our HR Manager, taking on tasks such as:

• Assisting in the processing of various internal documents

• Conducting job interviews alongside the HR manager, and eventually, independently

• Helping write job descriptions and posting vacancies

• Support staff by answering questions about HR related topics

• Participate actively in recruitment activities, such as answering candidate questions and drafting communications

• Collaborating in reviewing contracts

• Organizing and monitoring employee training and development opportunities

• Keeping up our social media together with the marketing department

• Helping with all relevant matters in an HRM department

Who are we looking for?

• A full time student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Someone who is excited to learn about HR and passionate about making a difference in the workplace.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good English language proficiency

• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive.

• A real team player with a positive mindset.

• Someone that is self-sufficient and independent.
