As our AGL Regional Sales Director for North America, you will be at the forefront of this revolution. You will lead market expansion, build long lasting relationships and bring the benefits of our innovative airfield technology to airports across the region. You won’t just sell ,you will shape the future of how airports operate.

Your responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close major business opportunities with airports, aviation authorities and key industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with senior level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead complex, high-value negotiations and manage complex, multi-stakeholders sales processes.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales and R&D to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Provide valuable market insights and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent TKH Airport Solutions at major industry events and trade shows, showcasing our cutting-edge technology.
- Champion customer satisfaction and long-term success, because our partnerships don’t end at the sale.
- Travel across North America to connect, negotiate and lead from the front.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, within the aviation, infrastructure or technology industries.
- Proven record of achieving targets and driving market growth.
- Skilled at consultative selling and strategic relationship building.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with executive-level presence.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to getting results.
- Solid understanding of airport operations and airfield lighting technology.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- French language is a plus, but not required.
